De Luna Fine Art Gallery reserves between 3-8 business days for an order to ship from facilities. If you have not received an update by the 8th business day, please contact us for more information.

If you do not receive your package, you must file a claim within 48 hours from the estimated delivery date of your package. The gallery will not be held liable under any circumstance for lost or stolen packages, packages containing missing items, or vandalized packages, if the customer does not contact the gallery within 48 hours from the scheduled delivery date of your package.

We will not be held liable for any packages or items that have been sold or forwarded on to a third party or international location.
